A Preston icon has been restored and revealed  as tarpaulin and scaffolding have been removed from one of the two iconic red boat buoys on Pedders Way off  Riversway, Preston Docks, after  local business Sandblasting Lancashire North West Ltd have been working on the buoy for a few weeks.
