Moscow should join efforts to enhance infrastructure in Delhi: Russian Envoy

New Delhi: Russian Envoy to India, Nikolay Kudashev attended 'Days of Moscow' event in Delhi on November 20. While addressing the event, he said, “I am confident that Moscow, one of the most developed regions of Russia, should join efforts to enhance infrastructure, health care, e-governance and tourism with a dynamic and promising partner in Delhi.”
