Trapped Sheep Gets Rescued From a Bog in Scotland

Photographer James Raeburn was testing out some new lenses on March 14 when he happened across a large sheep stuck in the mud of a bog near his home.Raeburn posted on Facebook that he initially thought the animal was dead, but then he saw its ears twitch. “I went up to my waist in the bog to rescue it and tested my new lens by filming me doing it! Farmer was very grateful and a happy ending,” he said.
Video captured by Raeburn shows the effort taken to free the sheep, which was stuck up to its ears.
