"Darth Vader" campaigns for Ukrainian parliament

Darth Vader is back... and says he wants to rule Ukraine.
(SOUNDBITE) (Russian) UKRAINIAN PARLIAMENTARY CANDIDATE, 'DARTH VADER', SAYING:
"I will become the president which is important. My very first step will be the computerization of the entire state of Ukraine."
He's the Internet Party of Ukraine's official candidate -- an unnamed protester often seen on Kiev's Independence Square with his loyal storm troopers during the winter protests.
And it's not Darth Vader's first attempt at office.
He tried to run for president in March, but his bid was rejected by the election commission.
And he's campaigning again, with the offer of free computer courses for all citizens, if he wins a seat in parliament on October 28th.
