Ceasefire in Ukraine agreed

The Ukrainian government has signed a ceasefire agreement with pro-Russian rebels who have been fighting in the east of the country.
The deal was brokered on Friday at talks in the Belarussian capital Minsk and has been confirmed by the
Ukrainian President, Petro Poroshenko.
The European security organisation, the OSCE, also confirmed the deal, which comes into force at into force at 1600 CET.
