We shall discuss 2 main big projects in Mecca. It will play a big role in progress & development of Mecca. One Project name is "Masaar e Mecca" & Other is "Dar ul Mashair". First project going to be discussed is Masar Mekkah. Mean of Masaar is PATH. Name shows the importance of this project in Saudi Vision & Mission of 2030. This 100 Billion Riyal project will complete in 2030. The project is 30% away from completion of its infrastructure phase. It is also part of the country's Vision 2030, which aims to increase the number of Umrah pilgrims to 30 million by 2030. Masar Mecca is a development project that includes several routes to the holy city for Mecca residents, visitors and Pilgrims. It will increase their life standards also. The infrastructure of the project will be in line with the needs of the city for the next 100 years. The project required the removal of six slums, which were seen as a barrier to connecting the highway to the Grand Mosque. Residents of 3,626 properties were paid more than 11 billion riyals for the project. It took five years to deal with the slum dwellers to complete the project. This project is under the "Umm Al-Qura for Development and Construction". It will create 16,000 job opportunities. The first group of hotels will open under this project in 2024 which includes Kempinski, Hilton and Taj brands.
Now we come to another big project in Mecca. Mean of the name of this project is HOUSE OF FEELINGS. This new grand project consists of seven towers in Mecca. Saudi real estate development company Dar Al-Arkan has announced the launch of a new prime estate development in the heart of Makkah. This project is covering 6,300 square meters with two, three and four bedroom apartments, six penthouses and a private swimming pool. Located a 10-minute drive from Masjid-ul-Haram and Jamrat Bridge, the project offers a 12-year installment payment plan to buyers
